We can help if your child:
- Is hard to understand
- Finds it tricky to say some sounds
- Is late to talk
- Is hard to engage and/or play with
- Has difficulty learning to read, write or spell
- Struggles in social situations
- Doesn't talk at the same level as their peers
- Has difficulty following instructions
- Has difficulty understanding what are you saying
- Finds it challenging to have conversations
- Has difficulties with grammar (e.g. mixes up his/her)
- Stutters or repeat sounds and words when they talk
- Finds it hard to make friends
- Doesn't participate in the classroom
What now?
- Contact us to book in an initial appointment
- Your speech pathologist will assess your child at their education centre
- Speech pathology intervention will be planned, this may include further assessment and a block of therapy!

SUPPORT
INTERVENTION
Your speech fairy will provide support to assist you in transferring the skills learned in therapy at home. Home practice will be tailored to your capacity and everyday lifestyle.
Goals will be reviewed regularly and adjustments to therapy will be made according to your child's needs.
DISCHARGE
DISCHARGE
Once all goals have been met and there are no more concerns, your child will be discharged!
You will still be able to contact your speech fairy should any challenges arise.

Our Speech Pixie’s provide extra opportunities for your child to practice their communication skills and work on their goals across a variety of settings
WHAT IS IT?
- Your child will be hand selected a Therapy Assistant (Speech Pixie) to support their intervention goals
- A more cost-effective form of intervention
- More flexibility in location of service delivery (home, school, telehealth)
- More flexibility in service frequency and time (weekly, monthly, fortnightly)
Quality of care
Therapy plans and services are directed and monitored by the supervising speech pathologist
Your speech pathologist (speech fairy) and therapy assistant (speech pixie) will meet regularly to adjust therapy plans and track progress
Your speech pathologist will continue current treatment
